April 1st, 2026: Highrock Resources Ltd. (CSE–HRK) has issued 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $100,000.
Each unit was comprised of one common share and one whole sommon share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.075, expiring on or about April 1st, 2028.
