Greencastle Resources Ltd.(TSXV-VGN) has acquired an additional 1,400,000 common shares of Highrock Resources Ltd. and now holds 3.9 million.
Highrock is a new strategic metals venture, supported by Greencastle.
The plan is to acquire assets in North America, in anticipation of higher prices driven by scarcity and inflation.
